The short version: this site is information, not medical advice, and the results in our gallery belong to the people in them, not to you. The detail is below.

1. Who runs this website

This website belongs to the aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery practice of Seckin Oksar, MD in Antalya, Türkiye. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. This website is information, not medical advice

Everything published here — the procedure pages, the gallery, the answers to common questions — is general information. It is written carefully, but it is not a diagnosis, a recommendation or a treatment plan, and it cannot take account of your health, your anatomy or what you actually want.

Only a consultation can do that. Do not start, stop or delay any treatment on the strength of something you read on this site, and do not use it in place of advice from a doctor who has examined you.

In an emergency, call 112 in Türkiye or your local emergency number. Do not use this website or the enquiry form.

3. No doctor–patient relationship is created by this site

Reading these pages, sending an enquiry or exchanging messages with us does not by itself make you a patient of Dr. Oksar. That relationship begins only when you have been consulted and assessed, and both sides have agreed in writing to proceed.

4. Before and after photographs

The images in our gallery are of real patients of Dr. Oksar, published with their written consent and never retouched to improve the result. Where a patient has asked us to protect their identity, we say so.

They show what was achieved for one person, with that person’s anatomy, skin, age, healing and expectations. They are not a prediction of your result and they are not a promise. Individual results vary, and some of the results shown will not be achievable for everyone.

The photographs remain the property of the practice and of the patients concerned. Copying, reposting or reusing them anywhere is not permitted.

5. What we can and cannot promise

Surgery is a medical procedure, not a purchase. Every operation carries risk, healing is individual, and no surgeon anywhere can guarantee a specific outcome. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

What we do undertake is this: you are assessed and operated on by Dr. Oksar himself; you are told honestly what is realistic and what is not, including when the answer is that you should not have surgery; and the risks, the recovery and the possibility of revision are explained to you in writing before you consent.

6. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Sending the consultation form is a request for information. It is not a booking, and it does not oblige either of us to anything.

Any figure or indication we give before a proper assessment is provisional. A binding quotation and treatment plan are issued only after Dr. Oksar has reviewed your case, and a date is confirmed only in writing by the practice.

Please give us accurate information about your health. We rely on it, and an incomplete answer can make a procedure unsafe.

7. Prices, payment and cancellation

Prices quoted to you are personal to your case and valid for the period stated on the quotation. They are not published on this site and nothing here constitutes a price offer.

Payment, any deposit, and the terms on which a date can be changed or cancelled are set out in the written quotation and treatment agreement we send you before anything is booked. Those documents take precedence over this page.

8. Using this website

You may read, print and share these pages for your own personal use. You may not:

copy, republish or adapt the text, photographs, logo or design for any commercial purpose;
harvest the site with scrapers, bots or automated tools, or submit the enquiry form automatically;
attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database that is not open to the public;
upload anything malicious, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited or unlawful material;
misrepresent yourself, or send us someone else’s personal or medical information without their agreement.

9. What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, illustrations, logo, layout and code of this site are owned by the practice or used under licence, and are protected by Turkish and international copyright law. Nothing on this page transfers any of that to you.

Trade marks and names of third parties appear only to identify them.

10. Links to other websites

Where we link to a hospital, a professional body, a review platform or a social media account, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

11. Privacy

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but medical practice changes and mistakes are possible. We give no warranty that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from reliance on information published here, or from any site we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here affects the duty of care we owe you as a patient once treatment has been agreed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version that applies is the one published here when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
