Born in Izmir in 1967. Saint Joseph French High School, then Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine. He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Akdeniz University and was certified by the Turkish board in 1999.
He spent the following seven years operating at Antalya State Hospital while building the practice he still runs today, in Lara.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
As a plastic surgeon for twenty-seven years, I feel lucky and privileged to have been professionally accompanying women’s pursuit of beauty, using all my knowledge, talent and experience, using the latest technology. I strongly believe that the path to the source of beauty has an artistic side. A plastic surgeon should be able to approach his patient in a miscellaneous and holistic way, just as an artist uses many paints or a sculptor uses light and shadow while creating his work. He should be aware that the surgery is not only a change in a structure such as the breast and nose, but genuinely something that affects and perhaps directs the whole life of the person. Just as every stroke of the painter’s brush or every stroke of the sculptor’s hammer are elaborate movements distilled with years of knowledge and experience, so a plastic surgeon should be refined in his relationship with the patient and in his surgeries.
His movements must be of great delicacy and elegance, and his techniques must be modern and powerful. Because the person chooses him while shaping her life, she wants him to be with her during this process.
Trying to look beautiful is not just a female behavior. Men also strive to look good and well-groomed. It is important to look hearty in the social structure of today’s world. Looking hearty is becoming more and more important in establishing the balance of power in competitive environments. Men’s healthy body sizes, rested and clear expressions on their faces also positively affect their stance in life. We are with the men in their journeys and we are walking together to the desired goal.

Dr. Seckin Oksar Aesthetic Surgery Clinic was established by Dr. H. Seckin Oksar in 2000 in Antalya. The clinic is located in the center of Antalya, in the district of Lara. It is only walking distance to the hospital where the surgeries are performed. The hotels preferred for accommodation are also within walking distance.
The priority of the team in the clinic is to ensure that people receive the highest level of service in a safe and healthy environment. When you fill out the contact form, you will be contacted as soon as possible and the plan that works best for you will be worked out.
When you have an accommodation and transfer request, the arrangements are made by our international patients coordinator.

In Izmir. I was born there in 1967 and went to Saint Joseph French High School in the city.
Tell us about your education and training.
Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 1992, then plastic and reconstructive surgery at Akdeniz University. I was certified by the Turkish board in 1999 and spent the following seven years at Antalya State Hospital, until April 2007, while building the practice I still run today.
What do you specialise in?
Breast surgery — augmentation, uplift and reduction — and the deep-plane face and neck lift. Eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and body contouring make up the rest of my week.
What is your philosophy at your practice?
That aesthetic surgery is an art. Nothing is added: the face and body you already have are the material, and the work is deciding what to take away. A plastic surgeon should approach his patient the way an artist uses many paints, or a sculptor uses light and shadow.
Who performs the operation?
I do, from the first incision to the last suture. I accept a small number of patients each week for that reason.
Will I speak to you directly, or to a coordinator?
Both, and the division is clear. Our international patients coordinator arranges the practical side — dates, hotel, transfers. Every medical conversation is with me, in English or Turkish, without a translator in the middle.
Where is your clinic?
In Lara, in the centre of Antalya, where it has been since 2000. It is walking distance from the hospital where I operate and from the hotels our patients use. I have never opened a second branch.
